Traffic system in patna

hello freinds i am an architect doing practice in patna....as we know that now a days there is fast increasing of no. of car in patna...so traffic contoll is big problem in our city...the goverment is making road wider but no solution of traffic....i want to point out that we must follow the traffic rules for a betterment of traffic system....

there should be a system, if there is signal on of any lane, the opposite direction should be also on, becouse there is less no of vehicle turn in to right side.....if this system is use at every junction of road there will be feast moving of vehicle.....

you must remmeber one traffic police who use to this system.....but now a days he is gone..some where else.........................
we should think over it
